Inspired by Pogo's "Alice in Wonderland" chillout remix... If you haven't heard it I suggest you look it up on youtube!
Anyways this is my attempt at a modern recreation of the French Belle Epoch style... and a really fun mix of color, style, and texture. It's sand paste and acrylic paint, yum! 24"x48"
i love the smooth flow of movement this painting creates. it really moves your eye around the picture. xD

I have no name, I have no form, I have no home, I will take your hands with these ethereal fingers, I will call you with this soundless voice, If I could only embrace your flame in this empty heart. From Immortal Rain by Kaori Ozaki I Love this Manga!<3
This is so gorgeous. The use of colour, especially with the defining amber of the leaves on the green-blue of the rest of the image really makes you look closely at the whole thing. I love the way you've made the material flow over her body, and the line of her chin is mesmerising; and for some reason, I utterly adore the background in how it's... sharper, less delicate than the rest of the image.
I wish I had my broadband back, I want to hear the music that inspired a piece this brilliant. :[
Simply amazing! I'm astounded. This painting is just absolutely gorgeous. The colors, the lines, the texture, it's flawless.
